OIL ACRYLIC ON CANVAS
BASED ON A DREAM I USE TO HAVE ON CHRISTMAS EVE. I USE TO HAVE THE SAME DREAM ABOUT 5 TO 6 YEARS IN A ROW AS A CHILD. EVERY CHRISTMAS EVE I WOULD HAVE IT. IT WAS BASICALLY A NIGHTMARE ABOUT A GIFT THAT WAS SO SMALL,SAY A JEWELRY SIZE BOX-LIKE A RING BOX. IT WAS UNDER THE TREE. BUT THE PROBLEM WAS--I COULD NOT MOVE IT--OR OPEN IT- IT FELT LIKE IT WEIGHED A MILLION POUNDS-BUT HOW COULD THAT BE WHEN THE BOX WAS NO BIGGER THAN 3 INCHES. THIS IS BASED ON THAT NIGHTMARE I USE TO HAVE AS A CHILD.... |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on.
